As the Operations Associate, Roxy oversees facilities management and supports the operations needs of W.O.W. Project staff and the community at large. She has been connected with W.O.W. Project circa 2016 when she was a tenant organizer with CAAAV. Her background is in community organizing and museum programs. Roxy is passionate about advancing language justice, transnational solidarity and all social movements for justice. She is rooted in Hong Kong and New York City as a 1.5 generation immigrant.
